01 Service Description
AdiBun Astrolog provides an automated platform for a single content creator to manage and publish original astrology video content to their own TikTok creator account using official TikTok APIs.
This is a private automation tool, not a public service or multi-user platform. Access is limited to the content creator operating under the AdiBun Astrolog brand.
02 Permitted Use
This service is intended exclusively for:
- Publishing original astrology video content to the creator's own TikTok account
- Automating the content publishing workflow of the account owner
- Managing video uploads via the official TikTok Content Posting API
03 Content Responsibilities
The content creator is solely responsible for all content published through this service. All content must comply with:
- TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Applicable laws and regulations in Romania and the European Union
- Copyright and intellectual property laws
04 Third-Party Services
This service integrates with TikTok via official APIs. AdiBun Astrolog is not responsible for TikTok's service availability, changes to their API, or modifications to their platform policies. TikTok's own Terms of Service apply to all interactions with their platform.
05 Limitation of Liability
AdiBun Astrolog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to disruptions caused by third-party API changes.
06 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
07 Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
